a service provider who provided an electronic services for remuneration, at a distance, by electronic means and at the individual request of a recipient of services.
1. Data collection.
Now Act collects personal data of persons who registered itself or who registered its employees. Now Act collects personal data in order to provide services.
2. Scope of collected data.
Depending on a manner of using the Platform you may be asked to give more or less information about yourself which are necessary for providing services by us.

1) Now Act as the Controller declares that he collects and processing User’s personal data in accordance with Act of 29th August 1997 on the protection of personal data (unified text - Official Journal of Laws of 2002, No 101 item 926) and he implement all technical and organizational measures to protect the Personal data being processed, appropriate to the risks and category of data being protected, and in particular to protect data against their unauthorized disclosure, takeover by an unauthorized person, any change, loss, damage or destruction.
2) The Platform ensures security measures provided by (hosting company) ‘Horisone’ with registered seat in Bytom, st. Powstańców Warszawskich 31, which operate our server. The Controller ensures solid security of data against their loss, unauthorized disclosure or change, loss, damage or destruction.
12. Disclaimer.
1) This Private Policy does not cover any information concerning goods or services other entities than Now Act which has been published on the Platform website for commercial purpose or without this purpose;
2) The Platform is not liable for User’s actions or omissions resulting processing data by Now Act in a manner described in this Private Policy.
3) Now Act reserves a right to change, withdraw or make modifications of settings or Platform’s properties as well as to cessation of conducting business activity, transfer the rights to the Platform or to do other activities allowed by binding law. For the avoidance of doubt, User will not have any right to demand compensation from Now Act incurred in this virtue.
