What does HACCP mean?
It means Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points.
Who is obliged to implement HACCP?
Every entrepreneurship entity which is present within the food chain is obliged to execute obligatory schooling of his employees, to posses the certificates of their execution as well as the conveyance of documentation (procedures) of the HACCP system.
Why should HACCP be implemented ?
Those who decide not to implement the system of HACCP contrary to the obligatory provisions of the law is subjected to the penalty, and its implementation has to be documented with the fact of possession of documentation and certificates from trainings available to be presented to the bodies responsible for verification (for instance: SANEPID).
